Master Resell Rights (MRR) Agreement for "The Photographers Digital Toolkit"

 
This Agreement is made and entered into on the purchase date by and between Blink Photography Company ("Licensor"), and the purchaser of "The Photographers Digital Toolkit" ("Licensee").
 
Grant of Rights
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable license to modify, use, and resell the digital toolkit ("the Product"), which includes various templates, presets, and an ebook, under the following terms and conditions.
 
Resell Rights
The Licensee may:
Modify the templates and ebook, including but not limited to changing author names, branding colors, titles, and other elements, before reselling them as their own.
Resell the modified templates and ebooks as their own.
Resell the Lightroom Classic & Lightroom Mobile presets with or without modifications.
Set their own prices for the modified Product.
Include the modified Product in membership sites, digital download platforms, or as part of a larger product offering.
 
Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
Resell or distribute the original, unmodified templates and ebook as received.
Use the original templates and ebook for free giveaways without modification.
Resell or distribute the Product through illegal sharing platforms or torrent sites.
 
Intellectual Property
While the Licensee is granted the right to modify and resell the Product, all original intellectual property rights in the unmodified Product remain with the Licensor.

 
Liability
The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product's suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensee assumes all responsibility for any modifications made and their subsequent use and distribution. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Licensee's use or resale of the Product.

 
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by the Licensor if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use, distribution, and sales of the original Product and any modified versions.
 
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
 
No Refunds/Cancellations
No refunds, cancellations, or reimbursements will be made once the purchase is complete. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees to this policy by completing the purchase.
 
Download Instructions

Age Restrictions
By purchasing the Product, the Licensee confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or older.
 
Acceptance
By purchasing the Product, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This digital acceptance acts as a binding agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee.
